How I Describe Coaching:

Coaching begins with your life in the present and is forward looking. It focuses on you identifying intentions or goals and addressing barriers to discover future possibilities. Coaching can support you to take aligned steps towards creating meaningful change and nurturing your dreams, based on what that means to you.

Summary of My Coaching Approach:

My approach to coaching is about guiding you to access your own wisdom and possibility. I ask questions and provide tools and frameworks to encourage new insights, helping you find a resonate way forward—the right path for you.

As your coach, I integrate a variety of coaching modalities and provide tools to support you in making changes that matter to you, including: feminine empowerment/leadership, positive psychology & wellbeing, and business/practical skills.

How Coaching Works:

Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.

I offer coaching packages of 4-12 sessions for short to mid-length support to gain clarity and build momentum on a specific intention/goal or wellbeing. I offer longer-term coaching of six months to a year or more focusing in depth on your whole life (including your career), to realign by looking inward and exploring future possibilities. On average, we’ll meet two times per month.

We’ll discuss the exact focus, length and frequency in the first coaching session based on your intentions/goals. On average, we’ll meet two times per month. Check out the coaching page for more detail.

4 coaching sessions

Get unstuck to create the conditions for growth. Address what’s holding you back, including barriers and limiting beliefs. Envision your dream(s) and your goal(s). Identify your values and assess your strengths. Incorporate wellbeing. Shift your mindset. Take the first steps towards making progress.

Vision to Momentum

6-12 coaching sessions

Connect with your vision and gain clarity to build momentum on your dreams and goal(s). Address what’s holding you back. Identify your values and assess your strengths. Incorporate wellbeing. Shift your mindset. Create and apply strategies to take aligned action in pursuit of your dream(s) and goal(s). Optional additional focus areas are based on client needs.

Life Realignment

6-12 months or more

Navigating a transition or a big change? Intentionally design what’s important to you next in your life and work. Look inward and explore future possibilities to nurture your dream(s) and goal(s), including: visioning, values, strengths, what’s holding you back, empowering vs. limiting beliefs, mindset, wellbeing, create strategies for aligned action, explore and experiment, and more.

Rates:

  • Single coaching session without a package: $150

  • Four session package: $550

  • Each session after a four session package: $125
