My Coaching Approach

I can help you get unstuck so you can create the changes that matter to you. I can support you in finding possibilities to honor your dreams and goals.

My approach to coaching is about guiding you to access your own wisdom, clarity and sense of possibility. I ask questions and provide tools and frameworks to encourage new insights, helping you find a resonate way forward—the right path for you. I believe inner work and addressing barriers are core to making the outer changes we seek in our lives. I believe in supporting the full of the human experience, the light and the darkness.

My approach is grounded in my professional and lived experience as well as training. I have a background in Human Resources and Talent Development, with 15 years of experience and an MBA.

As your coach, I integrate a variety of coaching modalities and provide tools to support you in making changes that matter to you, including: positive psychology & wellbeing, business/practical skills and feminine empowerment/leadership.

Coaching specific training:

  • Positive Psychology Coaching Certification through the Wholebeing Institute

  • Completed the Playing Big Facilitator’s Training with Tara Mohr

How I Describe Coaching:

Coaching begins with you identifying intentions/goals about what you want next for your life and work. It focuses on addressing barriers and discovering what could be possible. Coaching can support you to take steps towards creating change that’s important to you.

How Coaching Works:

Coaching sessions are conducted on zoom and last 50-60 minutes.

I offer coaching packages of 4-12 sessions for short to mid-length support to gain clarity and build momentum on a specific goal or wellbeing. I offer longer-term coaching of six months to a year or more focusing in depth on your whole life (including your career), to realign by looking inward and exploring future possibilities. For one time guidance, I offer a single coaching session to get support on a specific situation/issue. On average, we’ll meet two times per month. We’ll discuss the right length and frequency for you based on your goals.

My Story

I know what it’s like to feel stuck and held back. I know what it feels like to experience barriers and challenges when attempting to make progress.

And, I know what it means to choose to create change that matters to me. To first do the inner work, and then make the outer life changes. To ultimately re-define my life and career on my terms.

In the past seven years I have faced multiple career and life transitions. At their core, I have been on a journey to create a life that feels truer to me.

The challenges I faced for years before is what led me to embark on this journey: career burnout, infertility and feeling disconnected from myself. In the middle of this difficult time, I began focusing on personal growth and wellbeing. This led to experiencing profound growth that changed me. After becoming a mother, I chose to leave my corporate career without a career plan. During my career pause, I designed what’s could be possible next based on what was important to me.

Ultimately, my own experiences led me to become a coach, to guide others to discover and build what’s possible for their work and lives.
